Jackie first joined the Road To Responsibility, Inc. (RTR) team in 2002 and returned in 2005. She brings with her over 25 years of human service experience and 7 years of business experience. During her time at RTR, she held a number of management positions. She was promoted to Vice President of Day Services in May 2013.

Jackie earned her Master’s degree in Family Counseling from Eastern Nazarene College.
