RTR’s Day Habilitation program—known as Open Roads—provides a structured, center-based environment where individuals build essential life skills, receive clinical services, and engage in meaningful daily activities tailored to their needs.

Individuals working on communication, mobility, or daily living skills

Individuals seeking to learn skills for more independence and self-direction
What Day Habilitation Includes
Each individual’s experience is guided by a personalized service plan and supported by a multidisciplinary team.
Occupational therapy

Day Habilitation—known at RTR as Open Roads—offers structured daytime support for individuals who benefit from consistent therapies, skill development, and engaging daily activities. Services are available to individuals living in RTR residential homes as well as those living independently, with family in the community or living in other Human Services agencies residential homes.
