Lisa Page, AVP Residential
Lisa Page joined RTR in 2010 and is the Assistant Vice-President for Residential Services. Lisa is skilled at cultivating relationships, managing large teams, managing complex programs, and creating a positive and collegial environment. In her current position, she focuses on improving systems and the sustainability of program operations for 15 residential programs.
Beginning as an Employment Specialist of Day Services, to Residential Manager and later as a Residential Director, Lisa managed a large team of individuals who supported people with disabilities. With increasing levels of responsibility, Lisa assumed the role of Assistant Vice-President for Residential Services.
Lisa earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Massachusetts in Boston with a concentration in human relations and work.
