NEW PAY RATE INCREASES!
                                                                            

PROGRAM STAFF SUPERVISOR-Residential Services

Responsible for the support, evaluation and treatment of the individuals who live at a supported community residence.

Provide supervision and training for direct care staff.   

Provide Management responsibilities for all aspects of residential living.                                                                                                             

Assist with direct care aspects of care.

Previous Management experience, previous direct care residential experience.

Previous knowledge and experience with ISP/Behavior plans

 

DIRECT CARE-Residential Services

Provide direct care assistance for activities of daily living.

Develop skills such as self-care, communication, independence, safety, community inclusion.

General household tasks (cooking, cleaning, snow removal etc)

Perform assistance with personal care functions

Schedules include a mix of day/evening/overnight/weekend

 

DIRECT CARE-Day Habilitation Services

Provide direct care supports at a Day habilitation program.                  

Assist individuals with therapy based activities such as art therapy, music therapy, exercise programs, etc.                                                             

Provide support, evaluation and treatment to achieve OT, PT, Speech, Nursing and Behavioral objectives.                                                                           

Provide direct care supports in a 1:1 or group setting.                  

Develop member skills such as self-care, self-preservation, expressive communication, and activities for daily living.                                            

Schedules are Monday-Friday 8am-4pm or 9am-3pm                                            

 

DIRECT CARE-Center Based Services

Provide training, supervision, safety and production for job skills, community employment goals, production on site.

Provide training, safety, driving and quality oversight at community locations.  

Enhance social and workplace skills.

Schedules are Monday-Friday 8am-4pm

 

Road to Responsibility is based in Marshfield with over 40 locations throughout the South Shore. *Minimum requirements include High School Grad/equivalent, valid driver’s license, must be at least 18 years old. A related degree and years of experience required for specific positions. Qualifying staff are offered health & dental insurance, auto, homeowners and accident insurance, accrual benefit time plan, training and certification in first aid, CPR, MAP, HIPPA, human rights, safety care, RALT, fire safety and more.
