Join our dynamic Management team.
· Supervise 3-4 residential programs for individuals with Intellectual disabilities, complex medical needs.
· Provide supervision to Program Managers
· Emergency coverage and crisis intervention, beeper rotation.
BA/BS in Human Service discipline preferred / 4+ years experience including Management, Direct Care. Proficient computer skills, strong interpersonal skills. Driver’s License. Submit resume to email@example.com
LPN -Provide general nursing care at a residential program.
Assist with the coordination and provision of all homecare/healthcare needs. Provide clinical consultation, training of staff and team members regarding complex healthcare issues or newly diagnosed conditions. Administer medication, treatments, documentation, hospital admission and discharge. Monitor vitals, diet, comfort and safety needs. General household and community tasks of living.
RESIDENTIAL CASE MANAGER-Assist with daily tasks of household care, personal care, community access, progress notes, report writing. Schedules require a mix of day, evening, overnight and one weekend shift. Scituate, Hanover, Hingham, Marshfield and more.
PARAPROFESSIONAL- Day habilitation program. Therapy based activities for OT, PT, Speech, self care, community inclusion. Assist with personal care. Requires one year of employment experience working at a community facility for individuals with intellectual disabilities. Monday-Friday 8-4 Hingham, Braintree, Plymouth and Middleboro.
EMPLOYMENT SPECIALIST- Provide vocational training and support at a work center and at community based locations. Provide job coaching, production assistance, quality control, progress notes, behavior plan supports. Clinical experience preferred. Monday-Friday 8:30-4. Braintree, Marshfield, Plymouth

A related degree and years of experience required for specific positions.
